The legal and penal liability in all actions and transactions performed within the application belongs to you as an user. Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri does not have any responsibility with respect to the abovementioned legal and penal liabilities.

Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri and/or any of its employees may not be held responsible for any damage including but not limited to any failure, error, interruption or delay in transfer during use of this application, losses, damages and costs arising from computer virus or line or system failure or indirectly even though they may have been informed about any probability of damage.
Kullanıcı, uygulama üzerinde yaptığı her işlemin ve eylemdeki hukuki ve cezai sorumlulukların kendisine ait olduğunu kabul eder. Uygulama içerisinde yer alan ilan, menü ve içerikler kullanıcı tarafından sağlanmakta ve eklenmekte olup, Kullanıcı uygulamaya yükleyecekleri içeriklerden 5651 sayılı Kanun’un 4. Maddesine göre hukuki ve cezai olarak sorumludur. İçeriklerin, uygulama tarafından yayınlanmış olması kullanıcıların sorumluluğunu kaldırmamaktadır. Kullanıcı, ilan, menü ve içeriklerinin 5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nda ve yürürlükteki sair mevzuatlara uygun olduğunu, doğruluğunu, gerçekliği, güvenliğini, üçüncü kişilerin kişilik haklarını ve fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmediğini garanti eder.
The user accepts that the legal and penal liability in each action and transaction performed on the application belongs to herself/himself. The announcements, menus and contents available in the application are provided and added by the user and the User is responsible legally and in penal terms for the contents to be uploaded in the application in accordance with article 4 of the Law numbered 5651. Publication of the contents by the application does not release the responsibility of the users. The user undertakes to conformity of the announcements, menus and contents with the Turkish Penal Code numbered 5237 and various similar legislation in force, their accuracy, authenticity, reliability, and that they are not violated by the rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri yer sağlayıcı ve aracı hizmet sağlayıcı sıfatına istinaden, kullanıcı tarafından KilitApp veya MolaApp’a ve bu uygulamaların masaüstü bileşenlerine iletilen veya uygulama üzerinde kullanıcı tarafından yüklenen, değiştirilen veya sağlanan bilgi ve içeriklerin doğruluğunu araştırmakla, bu bilgi ve içeriklerin güvenli, doğru ve hukuka uygun olduğunu taahhüt ve garanti etmekle yükümlü ve sorumlu olmadığı gibi söz konusu bilgi ve içeriklerin yanlış veya hatalı olmasından dolayı ortaya çıkacak hiçbir zarardan da sorumlu tutulamaz.
Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri, with reference to its capacity of place provider and intermediary service provider, is not liable and responsible for researching accuracy of the information and contents delivered by the user to KilitApp or MolaApp and to the desktop components of those applications or uploaded, changed or provided by the user on the application or to represent and warrant that those information and contents are reliable, accurate and legal and cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from false or wrong nature of the aforementioned information and contents.
Kullanıcı Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojilerinin ve/veya başka bir üçüncü kişinin ayni veya şahsi haklarına, kişisel verilerine, malvarlığına tecavüz teşkil edecek nitelikteki uygulama dâhilinde bulunan resimleri, metinleri, görsel ve işitsel imgeleri, video klipleri, dosyaları, veri tabanları, yazılım bileşenlerini, katalogları ve listeleri çoğaltmayacağını, kopyalamayacağını, dağıtmayacağını, işlemeyeceğini, başka veri tabanına aktarmayacağını veya bu nitelikte sonuçlar doğurabilecek şekilde uygulamaya yüklemeyeceğini; gerek bu eylemleri ile gerekse de başka yollarla Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri ile doğrudan ve/veya dolaylı olarak rekabete girmeyeceğini kabul ve taahhüt etmektedir. Kullanıcının gerçekleştirdiği faaliyetler nedeniyle üçüncü kişilerin uğradıkları veya uğrayabilecekleri zararlardan dolayı Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojilerinin doğrudan ve/veya dolaylı olarak hiçbir şekilde sorumlu tutulamaz.
The user accepts and undertakes that the user shall not reproduce, copy, distribute and process images, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, data bases, software components, catalogs and lists included the application which could breach the property or personal rights, personal data and property of Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri and/or any other third party, shall not transfer the same to other databases or shall not upload the same in the application in the manner that it could lead to such results and shall not compete directly and/or indirectly with Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri through those actions or in any other way. Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri may not be held responsible directly and/or indirectly for any damages that third parties incur or may incur due to the activities of the users.
Bu uygulama tasarımında ve veri tabanı oluşturulmasında kullanılan yazılımın her hakkı Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojilerine aittir. Bahsi geçen yazılımın kopyalanması veya kullanılması, kullanılan yazılımların ve teknolojilerin tersine mühendislik işlemlerine tâbi tutulması kesinlikle yasaktır.
All rights of the software used in the design of this application and creation of database belong to Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri. It is strictly forbidden to copy or use the aforementioned software and to subject the software and technologies used to reverse engineering operations.
Kullanıcı, uygulamadaki yüklenmeye (download) ve/veya paylaşıma müsait dosya bilgi ve belgelerin, virüslerden, wormlardan, truva atlarından, dialer programlarından spam, spyware veya bunlar gibi diğer her türlü kötü ve zarar verme amaçlı kodlardan veya materyallerden arındırılamamış olabileceğini ve bu hususlarda uygulamanın garanti vermediğini kabul etmektedir. Bu tür kötü amaçlı programlar, kodlar veya materyaller, veri yanlışlıkları veya kayıplarından dolayı Kullanıcı veya üçüncü kişilerin uğrayabileceği hiçbir zarardan Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri sorumlu değildir.
The user accepts that the information and documents in the application available for download and/or share may not be free from viruses, worms, Trojans, dialer programs, spam, spyware or any other malicious or damaging codes or materials and that the application does not make any guarantee regarding to this matter. Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri is not responsible for any damage which may be suffered User or third parties due to this kind of malicious programs, codes or materials, data errors or losses.
Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri uygulamada yer alan hizmetlerin bazılarını veya tamamını ileride ücretli veya ücretsiz yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Bazı hizmetlerin ücretlendirme ve komisyon politikası satın alınan veya sunulan hizmetlerin sayısına, yoğunluğuna, niceliğine ve maliyetler deki değişime göre zaman zaman değişiklik gösterebilir.
Artes Kapı Donanım Teknolojileri reserves the right to make some or all of the services in the application honorary or for a free in the future. The policy of pricing or charging of some services may show an alteration at times according to the numbers, intensity, quantity of the purchased or provided services and to change in costs.
